Important Booking Terms
Please review these terms carefully before using Raj Travels services. They explain how our refund and modification service works, when it applies, and what restrictions customers should understand before travel.
Raj Travels Refund & Modification Service
Raj Travels' Refund & Modification Service (the "Service") enables customers to make qualified changes (cancellations or modifications) to an eligible booking purchased through Raj Travels, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Purchasing The Service
- The Service must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added after the booking has been completed.
- The Service must be purchased for all passengers included in the booking.
- Raj Travels may not offer the Service on every booking.
- Raj Travels reserves the right to deny the purchase of the Service for any lawful reason.
Cancellation & Modification Deadline
- Except where otherwise stated, customers may cancel or modify their booking up to one (1) minute before the departure of the first outbound flight.
- For flights operated by FlyJinnah, Air Arabia, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, and all international routes, cancellations or modifications must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before departure.
- Once the applicable cancellation deadline has passed, the Service expires and any further changes will be subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
Return Bookings
- For return bookings, customers may only use the Service once.
- A booking can either be modified once or cancelled once under the Service.
- Multiple free modifications or cancellations are not permitted.
Refund Conditions
- The fee paid for the Service itself is non-refundable except in cases of involuntary cancellation.
- Subject to eligibility, refunds apply only to the flight ticket value and are governed by the Service terms.
- Airline-specific policies and restrictions may still apply.
Exclusions
The Service does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Government-declared emergencies.
- Travel bans or restrictions.
- Security alerts issued by relevant authorities.
- Health warnings, epidemics, pandemics, or similar government actions.
- Any extraordinary event that affects travel operations.
In such situations, the Service will immediately expire, and any cancellation or refund request will be subject to the airline's policies and fare rules.
Other Restrictions
- The Service is linked only to the booking for which it was purchased.
- The Service is non-transferable.
- The Service cannot be moved to another booking.
- The booking owner is responsible for managing Service requests for all passengers included in the booking.
- The Service fee remains non-refundable except where specifically stated.
Not Insurance
- This Service is not an insurance policy.
- The Service does not replace travel insurance.
- Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance separately if required.
- Raj Travels provides this Service solely to offer greater booking flexibility.
Additional Information
- Airline rules and fare conditions continue to apply.
- Customers should review the airline’s official policies before travelling.
- Raj Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
