All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges apply as per airline, hotel and service provider policies. Government taxes and non-refundable fees cannot be refunded. Refund processing times vary by provider.

3. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas and required documents. Raj Travel & Tours is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

4. Liability

Raj Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by third parties.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any changes.
